Purpose of the Role
As part of the Practice Management workspace , Validators are accountable and responsible for executing the end-to-end processes that assures lifecycle management of the Practitioners .
Validators are assigned to one Cultural Area, which consists of multiple countries. Process execution includes lead generation, validation, contract management, content provision, service supply, retention, and complaint management
Fundamental to the role will be the need to interact with key individuals from the Service Development (SD), Content Management (CM) and Product Development (PD) teams.
The role will also be instrumental in future of Sissoo.com .
Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities.
The lifecycle management of practitioners includes the following tasks:

Approach practitioner leads using the appropriate communication channel (including but not limited to phone, email, text) and follow the end-to-end validation process set out by the
Practice Management lead - Introduce Sissoo by way of online meeting (i.e. Zoom) and highlight the shared benefits of joining our community of practitioners
- Assess practitioner’s suitability to join the Sissoo community by completing the Q&A form, check-list and potentially experiencing a free evaluation session when feasible
- When validated, send out the Practitioner Agreement for their signature and answer any outstanding questions
- Provide guidance to won practitioner for their timely submission of content on Sissoo.com
- Hand over the practitioner’s content to the Content Management team for their curation, and follow up for timely completion so the won practitioner goes to market within the agreed time
- Monitor transactions and quality of active practitioners, and engage with them within the agreed time
- Take action to improve quality or value of your validated practitioners as needed
- Handle complaints from practitioners, consumers and liaise with the relevant workspaces as needed
- Attend weekly team meetings and 1:1s with your manager (around 1 hour in total)
- Keep accurate record of time online
- Provide warm practitioner leads where possible.
Experience & Qualification Requirements
Ideally the candidate for the role should have an understanding and experience in the following areas:
- More than ten years of broad consumer experience of a variety of alternative therapies
- More than thirty years of life experience - the more varied the better suited you are to this role
- Good personal management skills, such as effective use of time, self-drive, self-organisation of tasks and deadlines, as this role predominantly works independently and remotely
- Good communication skills
- Intermediate English skills, both written and oral
- Fluent in one or more primary Cultural area languages
- Experience working in collaborative teams with a focus on “getting the job done”
- Preferably experience or educated in alternative therapy industry (or related discipline).
